Are there any links of places to buy software cheap please? I'm after MalwareBytes, not the VPN I have Nord.

Unless you spend all your time visiting really dodgy sites, why do you need that ?

Happy with Bleachbit for my cleaner, Defender for my RTP AdGuard protecting my browsers (does more than just block ads) and ESET live scan every Sunday

Re: Antivirus, Firewall and Computer Health

Malwarebytes now requires Google play store to link an account. Anonymity is slowly becoming a thing of the past. NordVPN also requires Google play store if the app detects an update but credit to them they have the option to side load thereafter all update are done in app.

I used Aurora store for my secondary device so it's not really linked to anything. Oh well welcome to the new world.

I purchased Malwarebytes from eBay last month activating today. Works a treat. :D

Just checking - you purchased the software to protect your computer from other dodgy software from an unknown online vendor?

:eeek:

What's dodgy about eBay? They have buyer protection  as for unknown persons, it's that or pay hundred odd pound to Malwarebytes for the same licence

After buying on eBay last month I went on g2a for giggles and lo and behold some seller was selling the same licence for a few pound cheaper.

Malwarebytes doesn't link the licence to any remote connectivity.

you can have multiple play store accounts on one device just create a dummy one just for the apps you want
