slow internet???

my internet is going sooooo slow, i just got a secound ip addy for xbox live(i know a complete waste of money), and its goin like 1kbps! i dont know if it is anything to do with the 2nd ip addy, but i need help!:confused:

Have you got any P2P software that is uploading anything?

i do sometimes, but i usually turn it off, thats if its going really slow, ps.sorry about the cross post, its just i did it on the live, then thought more peeps would answer on generall ntl BB help

it seeems to be better, but thigs like this often happens, typical ntl
