Last night I put on the update of Zone Alarm onto my system, but every time the internet gets going, the whole computer freezes. This crashing only occurs when Zone Alarm is active.
When I try and roll back to the version I was running before, the same thing happens. I've got a printout of what to do if Zone Alarm refuses to see the internet (restore, or change the start-up option in Preferences), but that doesn't seem to be of any assistance.
I've also read that I would need to change the registery, which is something that I don't particularly want to do.
Does anybody know why Zone Alarm is crashing the system??
