Password not recognised

I cannot access my NTL email or my ntl webspace at all?

Everytime i try to log in it rejects my username and password, what do i do?

Do i need to contact NTL about it and can they give me my username and password?

anyone else had this problem?

I just logged into FTP no probs. Funny its affecting your Email too I'd double check your password. The number of times i have the caps lock on or I'm hitting the wrong key usually accounts for it.

I'd give them a ring if that doesn't work.;)
