I know what you mean, the guy is a new client of ours, were currently working on a new site for him...... it started off as a hobby and it has progressed from there, he now imports these in-car pcs.... and at that price  its pretty good...

Ah, sorry about that. I think a new site would help in increasing his credibility over that of the average second hand car seller. Sorry... :)

Could do i guess, but it doesnt look as cool as a 7" touch screen sitting on your dashboard does it ;)

thats true, but then look at the Toyota Avensis (fitted with GPS as standard), same for a Mercedes, should these be banned too?

I'm only playing Devils advocate here. After all,we now have a mobile phone ban and I know there was a time when TV's were banned for drivers. The more complex the gizmo surely the more risk there is of distracting the driver?

that, and a lappy would cost a fair bit more ;)

Also you could intergrate some of the car sensors into the xenarc for optimum performance tweaking etc......... if you know what i mean
Yes, the site was thrown together in about an hour !!!
Now i've enlisted i-web solutions, it should portray a slick, professional image that reflects the standard of service we provide. (take a look at our eBay feedback http://cgi2.ebay.co.uk/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=pcmediastore )
Anyone looking to put a PC in the Car?
Drop me an email with suggestions of the sort of things you'd be looking for.

They still are. A friend of mine has an A3 with the gadget pack. This includes TV reception. This has a sensor attached (part of the GPS I guess) such that when the car goes above 5mph the screen stops displaying TV pictures. Looks cool though.
