Nortan Firewall & IP lIst

Can you download the banned IP file supplied by Peerguardian to Norton Firewall. I have pasted it to Sygate very easily, but see no mention of that firewall on the IP page and how one would use it.

Long time since I used Norton Firewall prog but I don't think you can.:( Someone can correct me if I'm wrong;)
