Do you have anything specific in mind already?

Would also help to have some idea of what qualifications and experience you have in order to point towards specialist sources Scooby.

Why not try something in the public sector jobs market just for now. They always tend to have quite a lot available. The working conditions are OK within the public sector and you pretty much know what you are going to get across the board (unlike some sweatshop call centres).
Here is a link to a specialised public sector jobs website......

Main problem is the pay is often very poor with everything tied to commission.

And you need that certain ability to lie and b/s your way through your working day to "earn" that wage without feeling guiltly ;).

The job hunting is going well, but the thing I have found when dealing with some companies is that they will email you saying they will be in touch within 5 working days....and guess what 6 working days later still nothing  its a bit like contacting ntl ;) I wouldn't mind if they were small family companies that did this but the ones that have done this to me are MASSIVE companies that should know damn well better (rant over)

So have fired off a few emails today to try and get some responce from them, even a negative responce is better than none at all.

I don't supoose anyone here is a Recruitment Consultant in the North West or the North East are they? :D

I have now decided it would make more sense to live up there as the kind of jobs I am looking for have little difference in salary and the cost of living is a lot cheaper on the whole :)

I'd re-locate, OK you dont get paid as much up here but then it costs a Hell of a lot less to live. Customer service rolls up here a two a penny, Uncle Toneeeee has turned the North East into a mini India with all the bloody call centres......sorry I mean 1st line technical support desks.

Oh and the Boro has NO smog.......well not much anyway I will say for certain that Luton has poorer air quality than Middlesbrough lol.
