yup i an on the UK beta trial for PS2...we have had socom II (UK Beta) since december ...i also have the US import of Socom II (Full version) and its an ace game

SOCOM2 to be released one week from today according to Gameplay. :D

yup the game rocks, the beta is just finishing, and can't wait for the full version to be released. Looking forward to playing abandoned at night :D

Hmmm.

No mention of whether you'll be able to play using a USB keyboard and mouse. What's the point of releasing a console FPS if you hobble people by making them use an unsuitable controller?

its not a FPS shoot 'em up, so no need for a mouse or keyboard. Plus the controls are great once you get used to them, and the only good a keyboard is for talking in the lobby (mind you, with voice comms in the lobby, there is no need for that)

and like rs3, it can come in a cool lookig box set if u want the headset version
