Iv herd some time this year a Linux kit with keyboard, mouse, network card, and hard drive is being brought out into the UK. It's already out in the USA, and I was wondering if it's going to be compatible with NTL's broadband (Linux seems to work on NTL, because i'm using it now, but not sure about the PS2 being compatible with this kit)

It is out here already. Everything you need to know is here: http://www.linuxplay.com/
I am sure that it could be used on broadband with it's ethernet slot.

I think it looks quite good, even though it's based on Red Hat 6.
It's good value if you want to turn your PS2 into a DivX/mp3 player etc...

Hmm, £170, I would say thats a good price for an Intel Celeron 500mhz computer.
