View Full Version : Price of beer?
How much is a pint of beer in your local?
Depends where I go, it ranges from £1.40 to £2.10, Wetherspoons pubs being the cheapest (they also include a complete lack of atmosphere for free)

How much is a pint of beer in your local?
My local being a club, worthingtons cream flow is 75pence per pint.
Carling extra cold is £1.07 per pint.
In my local Pub Carling is £1.95 per pint and Carlsberg Extra cold is £1.70
Dont drink beer :disturbd: when I used to could only drink about 10 or 12 pints :D then I fall over,so now I drink Whisky :D because I can drink more
How much is a pint of beer in your local?I believe it's about £2.50
I believe it's about £2.50
I think I paid £1.78 for a pint of the local bitter here
but am not 100%
am going there later tonight
so will pay more notice to how much they are charging
The difference between London and Wales
....still, I brew my own so what do I care? :D
Depends where I am. If I'm out in Cleethorpes, Guinness can be anything from £1.80 to £2.60  or Banks's Original is about £1.50 (so I drink a lot more Banks's).
If I'm at my familys in Birmingham, I can get Guinness for no more than £2, and Banks's for less than a quid.

He didnt say that :p
But if your shocked at that amount of whisky then imagine 23 aftershocks in one night ...
I wouldn't pretend to be in any fit state after it, but it was done :)
My local charges anything from £1.10 to £1.70 for a pint
Not bad eh!

Local prices are anywhere from £1 in the union for water based junk to £2.50 + for real ale out in the hampshire countryside, most around £2 i spose. It's not cheap down 'south'

You've got to be careful with brandy - that sort of thing will stunt your growth :p
I couldn't cope with 1 brandy, let alone 21 (mind you, I do try and drink that much beer as often as possible - hic)
