I guess there's going to be no-one around to read this for the next few hours but

we're just trying to book a Front Row movie and getting the message 'Your PIN has not been initialised. Please call ....'

Had a replacement set top box a couple of weeks ago so I guess it's something to do with that.

As Customer services is now closed till Friday, is there anything I can do about this before then??

No m8,your new stb has either not had a pin entered during install, or ppv is not enabled......need to speak to cs

I've checked the web site - it says call customer services.

Tinkering with the engineers menu is not a good idea and many things can go wrong if you do.
A call to CS is a safer way to resolve it.
