For the past 3 or 4 weeks i have been getting email that looks like it is coming from myself but isn't , anybody got any ideas on how to stop it ?? The return path says it's from me but it isn't .

It's coming from 192.9.200.168 so normally I would suggest complaining to the company that owns this IP - however I cannot find (for certain) who it belongs to - I would guess Sun MicroSystems as they seem to own chunks either side of it [and it is mentioned in some of their network documentation].
