It's a close race between me and my mrs. I win most mornings but she has the edge every 28 day's.

It depends on how you measure mood. If you measure it over a 28 day period (!) then women would be the most moody on average. However, if you measure it on a daily basis the I'd say men are the most moody by far.

I agree, women can be the most moody, but us men can hold our own when it comes to moodiness..It's one of those questions that cannot be answered really...
