Password? Not a chance

I'm trying to change my password via ntlworld and it just hangs on the 'Checking Subscriber Details' page...and hangs.....and hangs.......and the password doesn't get changed. So I press the 'quit' button and guess what? It hangs.....and hangs.....and hangs.....

Anyone else getting similar?

i think the reg server is a bit nacked, the same sort of thing is happening with upgrades too.

yep, i upgraded and it just seemed to hang (tried a few times), couple of days later noticed my speed had upgraded, so be carefull Russ just in case you mess your password up :)

Definately problems with changing passwords on the autoreg server this evening - it's listed on the intranet, but nothing on the Server Status thingies as yet...
