I can not upload to my webspace anymore and think its because you need to use the password that you got when signing up. Unfortunately I have changed mine as I signed up to ntl over 2 years ago :( Does anyone know how to retrieve it?

AFAIK - Customer Services is your only avenue

Yes - you could call Customer Services but personally, anything to do with the internet would be better off going through Tech Support :)

c.s. will be able to help you :) , what do you mean by ' you cant anymore ' ???????? , has it just stopped , i assume it was working with the password you were using , there are lots of problems with ntl webspace , just do a search on this site to see what i mean :(
