Hello, I have been away for a while and wondered what had happened to all the old members on the original nthellworld.com site. Are they all like me and now got a new identity on here. Sorry if this has been asked before...I did try and look. Thanks.

"there can be only one" sounds like the phrase from Highlander - not sure where homealone fits into that film though.

it is a phrase from Highlander, but was also intended to be a '?semi- humourous' philisophical question around how many 'homealones' there could be, given that, there is - only one:D

Yep like Kitty I'm as "Sociable" here as I was there too.

Welcome to NTHW btw you should find a lot of people you know once you start working your way through a few posts. :)

My name on the "other" forum was Murphli so maybe a few people will remember me for asking daft questions mainly about the internet etc.. I just felt that evilind suits me alot better these days! :wavey:

Hello again. Thanks for replying everyone!I recognise alot of your names and it helps me feel more at home. I must admit I did feel like a stranger at first but alot more comfy now, thanks.I think the old site was really good for making you feel part of it all even though I still consider myself a newbie with all this computer and internet lark...there is so much to learn!I hope this site will do us all proud and keep up the tradition. I discovered both forums (.com and .co.uk) in June but sort of stuck with .com ( :sorry: ) until a month before it closed when I came back to .co.uk luckily (I have good timing)

Any names of trentsteel on forums etc will no doubt be mine, unless someone saw the same Simpsons episode hehehe
