Nope - they are going to add users until it collapses evenly across the country .. :)

I guess they are shifting users accross UBR's and or re-allocating the proxy servers each set of people are on too but thats just a guess.

All I know is when they did that to us a while back it was about as usefull as swapping deckchairs on the Titanic. :)

no... the network outage is needed so the NTL engineers can wet the string and pour on a bit more salt to reduce latency :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
