Removing second phone line

I want to remove one of my phone lines, as my business which used it has moved. However NTL have told me that the line I want to remove is my primary number and that only the secondary number (which I want to keep) can be removed on it's own. If I remove the primary number, I lose the secondary number alsio.

Are there any other options than you NTL experts can think of? (other than dumping both numbers and moving to BT!)

What a load of rubbish :rolleyes: as others have said you can get any no.disconected.But they wil mess it up they will probabley disc the wrong no:mad: I see about one a month where they have discthe wrong no.
