Been having glitches with my tv drive, nothing major just a few issues and called telewest last eve to explain what`s been happening, The bloke i spoke to was very helpful and said someone would be here this morning between 8 and 12. I had a follow up text later in the eve to confirm this and a technician was here early this morning to iron out the glitches. Just wanted to say what a good service i had all round, and say well done telewest. :tu:
