I had my telephone number changed a couple of weeks ago due to unwanted calls ie salesmen etc.
After a few days I started getting unwanted calls again which I couldn't even anonymously bar as they were from abroad. This time the person who was calling was insisting that he is ringing his home phone number. After I had told him politely that this isn't his home number anymore he now one bells my phone nearly every day atleast twice.
I feel I have been given a number that has been inactive for only a short period of time :mad:
After how long do ntl: re-use inactive telephone numbers and how does their system work pertaining to assigning numbers to customers?
I called ntl: today and another number change is on its way in 4 days time :rolleyes:
