Telus Mobility is currently running a promotion. I'm a Fido customer, and Telus is offering all Fido customers the ability to trade in their current Fido phone, account, and everything, plus get a phone from Telus, and the same rate plan as the one you had with Fido (or another one if you wish), AND six months of unlimited local calling free.

Yes indeed. I'm going to do it, and I'm leaning towards a LG 4600 phone. Does anyone have any experience with LG phones? It looks really neat.

(mind you, the prices on the website are in C$, so divide by 2.2 to get pounds) They have a nice $25 (11 pounds) rate plan with 200 anytime minutes + voicemail, call display, and call waiting.

I've certainly never heard of LG bringing out any phone over here, although judging from your link it looks like just about any other flip phone available.

And don't forget, over here they are mobile phones, 'cell' phone just sounds so lame :D

Wow, not seen those before. Doesn't the bottom one look like it's trying a little too hard to be a Nokia though...
