How do a ping test?

I hear people talking about doing a test on their xbox. Where is this test on it?

I know its shit but just want to have a look :)

My XBox is off, so this is from memory & may be wrong......

Turn on XBox with no disc.

Go to XBox Live on the Dashboard.

Go to Network settings.

Press "Y" button. (either in network settings or a further network screen, can't remember...you'll find it, anyway)

Then watch as you get a high ping & an impossible upload speed.

Yeah, it's not. It's complete crap. Even M$ have admitted it isn't reliable.

yes i disabled qos in xp i knew all the spyware etc in it
