I thought I saw a thread on here with a link to a website that tells you which companies still have their Call Centres in the UK as opposed to outsourcing them overseas.
I've searched a few times but can't find it.
Can someone help?

You'll be lucky! Even I have just lost my job in my current role due to outsourcing, and I don't even work in a call centre!!!!
But, I do believe Nationwide hold their call centres in the UK.
O2 have a call centre in Leeds, they are proud to announce it to, when you phone up it says welcome to O2's UK based customer call centre.

Most call centres are in the UK still - 5,700 of them which might take a while to list here :-). A few large, high profile companies have outsourced though that trend seems to be reversing to an extent now.
