ntl phone fault reporting

My phone line went dead yesterday 10 am (tried another handset,checked the connectors etc..still no joy)and have been trying to report the fault since yesterday ,costing me a fortune ( using my mobile,internet phone)and still unable to speak to someone. And there is no email adress either for fault reporting.This is crazy.:mad:

Try the responsetek feedback form on the forum when you've finally gotten through to them. Just to let them know you're NOT happy with their services.
