Cannot find server or DNS Error

Well after last week's fun and games, I can now connect to NTL with no problem when dialled up to my NTLWorld account. However, I still cannot access webmail, or the NTLWorld home page, or the server status page, or anything else at NTL, when connected via another method (either dialled up to a different ISP, or at work via my LAN).
Any idea what's going on, and if there's a way round the problem? Webmail is the only way I can access my email while away from home.

If you can access these forums then the webmail is accessable from here http://www.nthellworld.co.uk/ scroll down and fill in the details.
You could try using the IP number for ntlworld... 62.253.162.30 hope they help.

Thanks Kitty. That works - but the www.ntlworld.com and webmail have both started working again anyway :-)
