This Danish zoo uses bluetooth RF tags to monitor children. (http://news.com.com/2100-1041_3-1021566.html?tag=cd_mh)

Is this how to keep tabs on them when at the supermarket?

On the other hand, the less children that are with their parents in supermarkets, the less there are to whine and throw tantrums. :D

This (http://www.stusplace.co.uk/tantrum.avi) is the best movie clip about kids I have seen in a LONG time! (file size under 2Meg)

Should have played movies like this to all school kids aged 15+

I remember that I once bought one of those little alarms, where you attached 1 part to the kid, handbag or whatever and if it went more than a certain distance from you the alarm went off.

What a load of rubbish that was... never worked.

But this technology does look to be very useful. And very likely to appear in an Asda store near you before too long.
