I am trying to set up an email address, and get as far as agreeing email address/password. I get the following error message

We were unable to create your new mailbox. Systems error - retry after a short wait, if problem persists please contact customer support.Any suggestions - I have been trying since the weekend. :banghead:

I just went in and created one for myself without any problems...

(mind you - I am not connected to the net via NTL right now :D)

Spoke to Customer Services after 20 mins on the phone - and got it sorted.
