- no worries about bandwidth on the server then :) - you 'could' link it as a jpg - but then no-one would be able to edit it, usefully - an 0.5 MB bitmap offers many more possibilities?......;)

At the moment I retain a little useful vision (only %4 of 'blind' people can't see at all). Unfortunately I have trouble seeing anything at all in sunlight (hence the cane).

There is little to no chance of it getting better - only to stop it getting worse (for which I am currently getting treatment.

Um I think that about covers it.

As far as I know (and sorry Dilli if I have got this wrong) Dilli has a progressive disease of the eyes and as such is loosing his sightYup the specialists changed their minds from macular degeneration to diabetic retinopathy.

I was referring to your Avatar at the time (the guy in the Honda racing car). Nomex is the material that fireproof racing overalls were made out of in those days....
