ISP service

I hope this is the right place to post this question...
I live in Malta and require a new ISP providor...

I use the internet daily and stay connected all day long. Do you know please
any ISP that is good for my case?

Woahhh 10gb cap on the 4mb cable service there if degradation is caused....ace :)
