something New.....?

I seem to have got a new ip address, nothing wrong with that as I expected it after loss of service the other day.

What is new or I noticed is the when my pc is powered off the US/DS lights stay off they usually flirted about on and off but there solid off now when the pc is off. So is there no bits being sent when im not using the connection there days?
also my connection seems better?
