With nthw.com being unavailable for the time being, I am available on this site to assist where possible.

I can assist with North West region queries primarily, although I can often help with other regions as long as they are ex-Cable & Wireless regions.

Many on here will already know me, I have been on this site since launch date, and I was part of the CLT on nthw.com.

If the mods here wish to check who I am, I am more than willing to provide details by PM.

Thankyou Mark, I do not think there is any need to check identities. I have seen you help out on here plenty of times before and I would just like to take this opportunity to appreciate your help and any help offered from the CLT group that existed on .com. You are all welcome. :tu:

Thanks Dr Plummer.

The only reason it would be a good idea for the mods to verify me, is in case I have to ask for a customer's account number and/or contact details in order to assist.

In that event, they might (rightly) want to check with you guys that I am who I say I am.....

Thanks, just been looking at that actually, I think I could write a few 'basic guides' for getting around common problems, particularly broadband.

Can be common customer service issues too, if you aren't feeling too technical :)

Perhaps we could set up something similar to the CLT over here?

From reading this thread and seeing other offers of help, anyone else feel NTL wasted their time and money with the .com buy-out?? :D

Reminder to NTL - this site is never EVER going to be for sale, so don't even approach us on the subject, thank you very much.

Looks like another NTL management idea to me
