Hi when i go online tp upgrade my 1mb connection to 10 I get the following options

2mb & BUND03 Service ///// anyone know why i Get BUND03 Service and not the 10mb option???

I got that message too. BUND03 is the 10Mb service costing £34.99 a month. Just select BUND03 if you are planning on upgrading to 10mb and your modem should reboot in seconds.

I have done a quick check and I have only a 100 modem DOH! I know I wont get full speeds but after I upgrade do i Stand a chance of getting a newer modem?

Probably not. Not without paying £50 for it anyway. I'm sure other Ntl 100 Modem owners will be along to offer advice.

eek! how do you other old skool 100 users find the 10mb>
