Front Row

I booked to watch Jonney English tonight on front row and the system booked the show. However when the alloted start time of 21.40 came all I got was a radio station. I was using channel 0

I live in Sth London with CR1

Does that mean I cannot get front row?
Will I still be charged for something I couldnt watch ?
Is there a problem with system?

It is very frustrating when you promise your son that he is going to watch the film and all we get is music

Any help PLEASE

Call CS and tell them what happened. ntl can see whether you have watched any of the film you ordered so it won't be a problem.

Cheers for that. CS said it is a known fault for CR1 and Pace 1000 STB's

However I have noticed that on the user details the line CA IPPV is suspended.
Could that also be a problem for front row?

Yes I would have thought so, however the box should throw up an error saying you need to call CS when you try to buy a film.
