Hi,

I've just got broadband from Telewest and was wondering if there was a way to upload files to my tiscali and wanadoo servers via my Blueyonder connection.

Also, is there a way to configure outlook express to receive and send emails from these accounts too. I'm getting tired of using the dial-up to get at these.

Many thanks in advance

Chris

Unfortunately, most ISPs only allow access to their FTP space when you're using their ISP to get on the Internet. You'd need to use Tiscali or Wanadoo to get on the servers on each respecive one.

As for the emails... you should be able to receive emails from both tiscali and wanadoo accounts, but you'd have to change your SMTP server to smtp.blueyonder.co.uk in order to send emails out. The email address would still show as the tiscali or wanadoo one (whichever you're sending) though.
Reasons for having to do this: ISPs (like with the FTP access above)
tend to block SMTP access to anyone not using their ISP to avoid people spamming others and trying to disguise the origin.
