Ntl recableing?

hey,there is about three NTL vans around my area (Derby).The NTL peepz have got all the cable out and which looks like they are recabling a couple of streets.Anyone know why there doing it?Thanks.;)

Probably a local issue that requires a re-pull to fix. Could go and ask them if you really wanted to know ;)

neh theyd probably tell me to mind my own buisness,there going now anyways,just wanted to make sure my connection wasnt going to go down. :)
