Where else can I test my signal levels?

Just checked mine and Download Power is 10dBmv! Upstream seems to be bordering on high too according to the Signal Level Sticky!

Surboard 4100 in NG17 area, is this OK?

Frequency: 402750000 Hz Locked
Signal to Noise Ratio: 36 dB
Power Level: 10 dBmV

The Downstream Power Level reading is a snapshot taken at the time this page was requested. Please Reload/Refresh this Page for a new reading

Upstream Value Channel ID: 4
Frequency 36800000 Hz Ranged
Power Level: 54 dBmV

I can't say I'm having any problems surfing/downloading yet, but is it a cause for concern?

This may be a little off topic here, apologies if it is. I have a NTL 250 SACM and I have just entered the admin page. In the event log i found the following:

Can anyone tell me what all this means and if I have some seriuos problems with my sacm config or service?

Thanks in advance.

Hi All got that link working and came up with this:

Downstream Lock : LockedDownstream Channel Id : 1Downstream Frequency : 586750000 HzDownstream Modulation : QAM64Downstream Symbol Rate : 6952 Ksym/secDownstream Interleave Depth : taps12Increment17Downstream Receive Power Level : 2.6 dBmVDownstream SNR : 34.8 dB
I have no idea what these mean but yet I lose my connection for no reason does anyone out there know If I need assistance??

Well, it won't be because of your downstream, those are perfect. The upstream might be a different matter, and unfortunately you can't check that. I can if I know your MAC address though.

mac: 00:0e:9b:xx:xx:xx

On the network connection for the modem, the packets sent field is always 0 - does anybody know why this could be?? Or if it could be a problem??

Edit (Paul) : MAC edited, please don't post full MAC addresses on the public forum, send it in a PM
