Harrogate/Leeds slow with packet loss

Web sites rendering like 56k (on 10Mb) and tracert showing continual packet loss to BBC etc. Changed my proxy to one far away and now at least I can GET to the BBC site.......eventually

Is this all down to the "rebalancing" work?

Is this all down to the "rebalancing" work?Dunno m8. A lot of us are getting this problem atm........I'm waiting for an engineer to get back to me on this....:(

Seems back to normal now....he says with everything crossed... :erm:

There are so many different areas reporting slow connections and the status page is full of "rebalancing works" that it can't be a coincidence....
