Ntl sending new signal to boxes

I just had to go through the provisional login page again, broadband support said they are sending out a new signal to all stb's in my area Bl4 and that is what caused it.
I dont know if this is going to happen elsewhere, but i thought i would post just incase people think they have been cut off. :)

marky, that sounds rather odd... I've not heard of them sending a refresh signal to all customers in an area before! Have you checked that your speed, channel package, etc. hasn't changed?
