Hi
I have 10mbit, and I have constantly 15-100ms ~50 all the time to everywhere. My speeds are all right, 10mbit/512kb. I was talking with somebody from nlt true phone and online help, they said if I have ping <100ms then there is nothing wrong and they cant help me…. He pastes me a tracert to my pc, ping to 10 servers was 10-11ms, and last to mine pc 63ms, and he says it’s all right (because result is in limit)…. Of course my computer if free from any spy wares or viruses. I checked log on my modem ntl 250, and it looks like that:

I don’t know what it means, but I think something is wrong.
What may be a reason so bed pings all the time?
And what is happening when download limit is over?
