Hi guys, right i got my self a linksys wired router for £5.,I want to run cables around the house to all the rooms ect..But how long is n ethernet cable when it starts loosing signal.Would 50m of cable make my 2mb connection slower?

Officially, with good quality cable and perfect terminations, the limit is 100m with Cat5e cable so at 50m you should be fine.

Yep, avoid placing it against any electrical mains wires if possible, and if you cut it up, make sure you keep it twisted.

Lol a m8 of mine.Really good bargain i can also get a network hub for £5 lol.
