BT has launched a comparison website to allow customers to compare how BT measures up against other call providers. The service has been developed with support from management consultants Ernst &Young.
The BT Value Check is a new online tool, which has been specially designed for customers to compare BT against 16 competitive call providers – using both BT and their latest prices. It is aimed at existing BT customers looking for reassurance that BT is the right provider for them.

Rather unexpectedly, it told me I would be better off with OneTel. BT comes about 10th on the list.

NTL are 13th.
