Right, im not sure if its a VCD or a SVCD.

Ive got 1 movie split up into 3 discs in VCD format. What I want to do is merge them so its just 1 movie and put it onto a DVD.

Can someone tell me how to please?

what DVD player do u have your approach Will vary depending on what player you have, u can either extract the mpg and merge them if your player can handle mpg iso's or u may have to do it the long way and extract them then author them as a dvd

its a sony dvd player, i will try and see if it accepts mpgs but it would be better to auther them as a dvd as then my nextdoor neighbour could use it.

how would i go about doing this?

is suggest u look a www.doom9.org or www.dvdrhelp.com as there are many options

if its 3 cds then I'd guess its SVCD as they use more memory. Their better quility after all
