if you are on stb then you will have to ring c.s. for them to upgrade you :D

All done now guys i have SACM so did it online.

Check that it actually works, I did it online and it never actually upgraded (but the price did !). I had to ring TS and get them to do it manually.

i found that happend with my next door "naboiur" all he had to do is turn his modem off unplug it and it worked fine

Yep ran a speed test for 1meg & it's working great (thank god) lol
