Free Voicemail Ring Length

My free voicemail cuts in after only 6 rings which means I often can't get to the phone fast enough. Previous thread has implied it can be changed, but when I called CS I was told it could not be done. Can anyone help?

It can be changed but the normal procedure is that it is only changed if customers subscribe to the Voicemail + service

What Dezzo said, the free voicemail is as it is. you can normally only change the settings if you pay for the voicemail+.

i got mine changed by one of the guys/gals on here...can't remember his/her name unfortunately....fingers crossed they may pick up this thread
