Please do not laugh but every time i have tried to vote in the x factor the phone just goes to a tone after i phone number. I am wondering if this is a fault with ntl, because I know of other ntl phone subscribers who have the same problem. Anyone have any ideas. btw I know the x factor is crap but i know one of the artists and like to help them.
