Best ps2 dance mat + Game?

Can anyone tell me their experiences of Dance Mats for the ps2, which to get, and also which dance games are good (especially for work-outs like in the gym) Cheers!

Not into that kinda thing myself but while shopping with the other half she was going on about Dance Dance Revolution £29.99 and the dance matt in Game was £9.99. Other shops like Dixon's and HMV were selling it at £14.99 and 19.99
