new BBC channels widescreen switching problem

Sometimes when I change through the new BBC channels the box doesn't recognise that a widescreen programme is on and it doesn't switch to 16:9.

Rebooted many times and it still sometimes doesn't switch. I'm ex-cwc.

Sometimes when I change through the new BBC channels the box doesn't recognise that a widescreen programme is on and it doesn't switch to 16:9.

Try selecting TV Guide/Settings/TV Screen Settings
Choose 16:9 Widescreen (Even though it is already selected!) Keep changes
Hit the TV button change the channel up and down (or down and up if you prefer) and see if that works (it does for me)

WSHBB can you say whether its all 4 of the new channels or just one or so affected?
