That actually is quite sad. Proves that we have to be accountable all the time these days :(
I'm sure Europe must be to blame, but at the moment I can't quite see where ... :D
Actually, it is a bit sad, especially seeing as computerised bills have been around for donkey's years, so it clearly isn't a fatal problem that there were no street names until now. Obviously it's just become a little too inconvenient for some faceless bureaucrat somewhere.

Thats just incredibally stupid.
Well IF the residents have any sense they will be as difficult in choosing names for their streets as possible.Give somone RSI at least by using some very long names.

You don't need to bring Europe into it. The French are quite capable of generating mountains of bureaucracy without any outside assistance. :)
