I am pretty sure its "Yankee Doodle", an old US folk song from the American Revolution. We used it to taunt them, and they decided to like it to p**s us off. Best thing to do with insults, like them, and they can't be used against you.

Its the tune played from that song, pretty slowly, but with a lot of overdrive and reverb on. just do a seatch for "yankee doodle tab" in a search engine.
