NTL CS Number Not Working [Archive]

Just tried CS on 0800 052 2000, and got a message saying number not recognised, tried 6 times now, no change

Any ideas ?

Works OK here (birkenhead) As Marky asked, can you dial out to other numbers OK?

Yes, I could dial other numbers fine

Tried CS number an hour later, and it was working again

Weird ???
